I'm Paola! I'm a NYC-based Pastry Chef and writer. My career has taken me into the kitchens of some of the world's most celebrated restaurant groups. As a writer, I've been able to lean into my love of all things Italian. My passion for Italian food was ignited from early childhood, growing up in an Argentinian household of Italian background that valued all things homemade and food as the main guest in any celebration. I love traveling all over Italy, mingling with locals and sharing in the culture, food, language, and love for all things Italian.
